2006 HONDA CIVIC User Comment / Complaint

I received a recall letter from honda stating there was a problem with the abs seals that may cause leakage and wheel bearing failure. instructed to take to dealer. i took the car to the dealer to be told there was not a recall on my car. 06 honda civic. why did i recieve a letter if there was no recall?????????
