2007 DODGE CHARGER User Comment / Complaint

Failure of the antilock brakes and power steering resulting in an accident where another vehicle got hit from behind. the gauge cluster died upon impact. this was a rental car from enterprise and the customer before had just turned in the vehicle because she was having problems with the brakes and steering. enterprise refused to document the incident as per that customer and then proceeded to give the vehicle to my son five minutes later. this vehicle has been recalled for abs control module software issues that may cause rear brakes to lock up. chrysler says that not this vin number.
