Tl contact owns a 2004 dodge durango. while approaching a stop at 10 mph, the vehicle stalled and the steering failed. the instrument panel lights illuminated and the radio remained activated. the contact placed the vehicle in park, shut off the engine, and restarted the vehicle in order for it to operate normally. she took the vehicle to a mechanic and had a diagnostic performed, but no failures were found. the failure mileage was 36,100 and current mileage was 37,000.
