Tl contact owns a 2005 forest river wild wood (na) travel trailer. while driving 55-60 mph, the passenger side wheel detached from the vehicle. the failure caused minor body damage to the vehicle, which the contact repaired himself. the wheel was repaired, however, he was afraid to drive the trailer because the failure could recur. nhtsa campaign id number 05v121000 (wheels:lugs/nuts and bolts) was referenced. the engine size, number of cylinders, transmission type, powertrain, fuel type, and fuel system were unknown. the current and failure mileages were 5,000.
