Tl contact owns a 2005 infiniti q45. while the vehicle was parked, the contact attempted to start the vehicle; however, the key would not turn in the ignition. she called aaa to get the vehicle to start. the vehicle was taken to the dealer for service, but no failures were found at that time. the current mileage was 28,000 and failure mileage was 17,000.
