2005 jeep liberty with a recall for the lower ball joints. customer states that she noticed the metal on the tires coming out. mechanic told her the ball joints were on too tight and threw the jeep out of alignment. the consumer is seeking reimbursement for new tires, alignment, waste tire fee and labor. the consumer stated after the recall was performed someone should have noticed how badly the alignment was.
