2000 HONDA CR-V User Comment / Complaint

Driver's side window makes a terrible crunching noise when in use, causing a huge deep scratch on the window. dix honda service dept. has checked it 3x and "cannot recreate the problem". however, they do acknowledge the huge scratch!?
