Tl contact owns a 2007 honda cr-v. while driving approximately 35-40 mph, the contact rear ended the preceding vehicle. as a result, the vehicle behind the contact rear ended her vehicle, pushing her even further into the vehicle she struck. the air bags failed to deploy and she sustained severe injuries. the vehicle was towed and taken to a repair shop, where it has remained for approximately two months. the failure and current mileages were 10,000.
