Tl contact owns a 2006 honda cr-v. while driving 55 mph, the contact crashed into the rear of another vehicle. the air bags failed to deploy and the seat beat did not lock. as a result, her knees struck the dashboard and were bruised. the dealer refused to inspect the vehicle to determine the cause of failure. a police report was filed. the current and failure mileages were 23,500.
