Tl contact owns a 1998 chrysler sebring. the contact stated that the door latch has failed three times when she attempted to open the driver side door. when attempting to unlock the vehicle, the key turns, but does not unlock the vehicle. the contact took the vehicle to different mechanics and they replaced the locks and latches twice. the current mileage was 139,000 and failure mileage was 110,000.
