2003 GMC ENVOY XL User Comment / Complaint

Gmc does not include my vin into recall campaign 05v198000. my car exhibits exactly the same problem as in this campaign - while making right turn signal hazard warning lights are flashing as well. this may create unsafe driving conditions by confusing other drivers. gmc dealership has reported failed part as "flasher module", which is exactly the part addressed in nhtsa campaign. it seems that faulty part was installed in much larger number of vehicles then gmc is recalling.
