Tl contact owns a 2001 ford escape. while driving 10 mph, the vehicle stalled intermittently when the clutch was depressed. the mechanic was unable to diagnose the cause of failure. the manufacturer stated that her vin was not included in nhtsa campaign id number 04v165000 (power train:automatic transmission:control module (tcm, pcm)). the powertrain was unknown. the failure mileage was 110,000 and current mileage was 120,000.
