(1) events leading up to the failure - none, car was driven under normal driving conditions on paved roads and highways (2) failure and its consequences - according to a dealer, debris (perhaps a rock or pebble) flew past the grill and punctured the ac condenser, causing a leak. consequently, the air conditioner no longer blows cold and will cost approximately $800 to repair. (3) what was done to correct the failure - no action has heretofore been taken.
