Tl contact owns a 2004 ford crown victoria. while driving between 55 and 60 mph with the cruise control activated, the vehicle began to decelerate. the cruise control would not reactivate. the contact stated that the automatic dimmer and heater fan stopped operating. the fuse only failed when the cruise control was engaged. the fuse has been replaced. the current and failure mileages were 60,000.
