Tl contact owns a 2007 chrysler sebring. while driving 20 mph, the vehicle failed to stop when the emergency brake was applied. the contact is also experiencing suspension failure. whenever she drives over a pothole or a bump in the road, the vehicle shakes. the dealer stated that they are unable to inspect they vehicle until july 5th. the dealer advised her to read the owner's manual and that the failure should work itself out. the current and failure mileages were 500. updated 08/29/07.
