Tl contact owns a 1999 plymouth breeze. while driving 35 mph the engine stalled and smoke was coming from under the dashboard. the power control module fuse was blown. when he tried to restart the vehicle the fuse blew again. the dealer has not inspected the vehicle. the current and failure mileages were 180,000.
