2002 FORD F250 SD User Comment / Complaint

Ford f250 7.3 power stroke diesel cps (cam position sensor) failure ...truck dies when coming to stop at intersection, also died once in middle of left hand turn,coasted over railroad track......repaired once while under warranty 2 years ago(failed 3 times prior to repair) repaired by me after last incident date 8/16/07 (failed once), replaced cps with new one(new part#.......improved part????????? i hope)this is a common problem among the ford 7.3 power stroke diesel,check out the web forums!!!! this could be dangerous because without the motor running there are no brakes (hydro boost runs off power steering)
