2000 HYUNDAI ELANTRA User Comment / Complaint

Kelly tire 195 65 r14 one tire came apart on freeway, one had a very large bump, one had a broke belt and one was wearing real bad on the rear. they were one approx. 2-3 months old. it was aligned by purcell tire in princenton, ky were i purchased the tires.
