2003 GMC ENVOY XL User Comment / Complaint

Left rear door latch failed,while being replaced, i was informed right latch looked as bad. i paid $542 for these. when i contacted gmc they told me the seals had been replaced and supposedly the latches looked ok then and no i'm sorry,old parts are unavailable.
