Tl contact owns a 2000 mazda mpv. the contact was involved in a front end, three car crash. her vehicle was rear ended and she crashed into the preceding vehicle at 25 mph. the air bags failed to deploy. the driver and two passengers were injured. the vehicle was destroyed. a police report was filed and the contact has photos. the current and failure mileages were 81,000.
