2006 MAZDA MPV User Comment / Complaint

At low speed, 20 to 40 mph, the transmission jerks so much that the headrest hits my head badly. it is almost like the vehicle is rear-ended by another vehicle. my head is still dizzy after a day. this jerking frequency is about twice in the past 4 weeks.
