Tl contact owns a 1992 dodge ram. the vehicle has sigma regent tires. while driving 65 mph, the rubber separated from the tire. the cord and wire were both visible. the vehicle vibrated and fishtailed across the road. the repair shop stated that the cause of failure was due to a manufacturer defect. the dot number was unknown. the current and failure mileages were 95,000.
