Tl contact owns a 2001 audi tt. the contact stated that the engine's timing belt fails without notice and causes the engine to stop. the manufacturer stated that the vehicle was out of warranty and recommended changing the timing belt at 65,000 miles. the vin and engine size were unavailable. the current and failure mileages were 85,000.
