Tl contact owns a 2004 ford escape. while driving approximately 65 mph, the contact heard a loud pop coming from the sunroof. she looked up and noticed cracks in the sunroof glass that resembled a spider web. the sunroof was tilted and not fully open at the time the failure was noticed. the failure and current mileages were 50,000.
