Tl contact owns a 2006 gmc hummer h2. while driving 55 mph, the contact lost control of the vehicle and drove into a canal. the tow mechanic stated that the lower ball joint snapped and caused the failure. the driver and passenger sustained scratches from the crash. a police report was filed. the vehicle was destroyed. the current and failure mileages were 8,000.
