Tl contact owns a 2004 chrysler sebring. while driving 30 mph, the contact's vehicle crashed into the side of another vehicle. there were no injuries. the entire front end of the contact's vehicle was damaged. the air bags failed to deploy. the contact was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash. the road conditions were dry. a police report was filed. the current and failure mileages were 35,000.
