Tl contact owns a 2004 gmc canyon. while driving 65 mph, the contact heard a loud noise and pulled off the road. the road conditions were dry. he noticed that the tire tread on the driver side rear tire had separated and the fender was damaged. aaa was called to change the tire. the vehicle was driven to a body shop for repair. the dot number and purchase date were unavailable. the current and failure mileages were 40,000.
