Tl contact owns a 2004 acura mdx. the vehicle was rear ended while stopped. the seat belt pretensioner failed to deploy and the driver side seat collapsed. the driver side seat belt became unlatched and the contact was thrown forward several times. the contact sustained minor injuries. a police report was filed. the engine size and purchase date were unknown. the current and failure mileages were 18,000.
