Tl contact owns a 2000 lincoln ls. while driving 5 mph, the contact attempted to make a left turn when the front frame separated and the left front tire detached from the vehicle. the contact referenced recall # 00v359001 (suspension:front:control arm:lower ball joint). the vehicle was towed to an impound lot. the contact spoke with the manufacturer who stated that the vin shows the part was replaced under the recall and it is now the contact's responsibility. the current and failure mileages were 108,000.
