2004 INFINITI G35 User Comment / Complaint

The foot brake depresses lower than the accelerator thus causing the motor to accelerate when applying the break. when breaking in an emergency, the side of my shoe caught the accelerator causing the motor to rev up and pushed our car into the vehicle infront of us. fortunately, we were going slow enough by this time and only the front bumper was damaged. no injuries incurred.
