Tl contact owns a 2003 hummer h2. while driving 35 mph, the front passenger side tire fell off and the contact crashed into a parked vehicle. the vehicle was towed to her residence. the insurance investigator stated that the steering knuckle failed at the ball joint. the current and failure mileages were 56,000.
