Clunking noise from the steering column. service writer took the info & an hour later informed me that problem was fixed and i owed $108.00!!!! no communication, no estimate, no nothing but this charge, even though i have an extended warranty and gm knows about this problem. said they lubed a neoprene seal on the intermediate shaft of the steering column.
