2003 INFINITI G35 User Comment / Complaint

Tl contact owns a 2003 infiniti g35. the contact stated that the vehicle is experiencing the same failure as noted in nhtsa campaign # 03v455000 (engine and engine cooling). while driving approximately 35 mph, the vehicle's engine shuts off intermittently and without warning. the service engine light illuminates and the vehicle also has difficulty starting. the dealer stated that the crankshaft position sensor needs to be replaced. the engine size was unknown. the current mileage is 51,000 and failure mileage was 45,000.
