Tl contact owns a 1999 ford contour. while driving 40mph, the rear axle broke. the contact crashed into a tree. the weather was not a factor. the car was destroyed. the contact is aware of the safety risk involved due to a broken axle. the vin and engine size are not available. the current and failure mileage were 42,000.
