1992 MITSUBISHI 3000GT User Comment / Complaint

I own a dodge stealth and the front driver and passenger seat belts do not functions properly. they haven't worked since i have had the vehicle. when you pull the belt out to strap it in it does not retract on its own. the belt rarely locks when braking . i don't not fell the belt will protect me in an accident.
