Speedometer would no longer go below 26 mph, even with vehicle stopped and ignition turned off. driving vehicle would indicate a speed constantly 26 mph faster than actual speed. brought to dealer where dealer ordered and later replaced entire instrument panel. second problem involved passenger side wiper arm fell off while in operation driving during rain. dealer replaced wiper arm.
