2003 GMC SIERRA 2500 HD User Comment / Complaint

When i apply my brakes they release themselves just as if i let off the pedal and i have to press harder to stop. this does not happen every time but when it does it's scary. this has been going on since oct. of 2006 and still doing so. is there a recall on this ?
