Tl contact owns a 2004 mazda 6. the contact stated that the driver's side front door would not unlock. she tried to unlock the door with the key, the remote, and manually, but it continued to fail. the dealer was unable to unlock the door and diagnose the failure. the current and failure mileages were 73,000.
