1993 MITSUBISHI 3000GT User Comment / Complaint

Upon entry of my vehicle i go to put on my seat belt and it gets loose and does not retract back into where ever it goes. it stays loose and i fear that if i get into an accident i will be injured more than i would be if the restraints worked as they are supposed to.
