2000 lincoln continental's left tire failed while driving. when the tire failed the vehicle drove off the left side of the road and struck a cement divider. there was damage to the left front tire, left front bumper, left front fender, and left front rim. no injuries were sustained. b.f. goodrich control plus tires.
