Tl* - the contact¿s 2004 saturn l300 with an odometer reading of 21000 miles, headlights, interior lights, and dash board lights flicker on and off while driving. the contact first noticed the failure in november of 2006, since the vehicle was driven mostly in the day time the failure may have been occurring previously. the contact took the vehicle to saturn of fishers in indiana, where after having the vehicle for two days he was told that a safety bulletin had been released about this issue and informed the contact that this is a normal condition for the vehicle. the contact believes this is a safety issue and may cause an accident. the contact is also worried that police may stop him due to the faulty lights.  view

Tl* the contact stated that his 1997 dodge ram 3500, has had transmission problems since he purchased the vehicle in 1997. the vehicle will not accelerate one it comes to a stop, and if he applies too much pressure on the accelerator pedal the engine engages too quickly. the contact stated that in 1999 he had the transmission replaced by roland chevrolet free of charge. the contact stated that 2 months after the new transmission was replace it continued to exhibit the same failure. the dealership now informed the contact that if he wants any repairs done to the transmission he would be responsible for the cost. the contact stated when the vehicle is in reverse it won't move, until he presses on the accelerator pedal several times. the contact stated that this happens everyday, and has problems with acceleration after coming to a stop.  view

Tl* - the contact has a 2007 ford 500. the contact stated that the backup sensors cannot be heard over the radio, and volume cannot be adjusted on the radio so that one can hear the sensors. also, the contact stated that he has this feature in the ford truck, and that the radio automatically turns down when the backup sensors come on. the contact stated that he depends on the sensors because he has the feature, but it does no m good to have it if he can't hear it. the contact would like the car to be wired so that the radio's volume lowers automatically and he can hear the sensor. updated 2/13/2007 -  view

I have had issues with low air pressure in the front right tire of my 2001 buick regal. there has also been significant corrosion on all of the chrome coated aluminum rims since my purchase. i have tried to resolve this issue under warranty during the first year of ownership with my dealership, gm customer service, and various tire manufacturers. all parties involved will not take responsibility for these problems citing reasons having to do with mother nature, and/or blaming each other to avoid the issue. i recently had a front tire change where the employee working on it informed me of a "cracked or "fractured" wheel. after contacting gm customer service and being sent to the dealership again, i was told that the crack must have come from either corrosion, or hitting a pothole. i disagreed with their assessment and demanded a new rim free of charge. this is the first time that i have ever experienced a crack in a rim. it is my position that this is a major safety issue, and could possibly cause a "death in the field". i will be replacing the rim at my cost, yet i need this issue resolved before the other three rims on my car possibly crack. also, i need to find out how "common" cracked rims are on this model vehicle, and why they were never recalled.  view
