1994 MITSUBISHI 3000GT User Comment / Complaint

Driver and passenger seat belt do not retract after being pulled out. there is quite a bit of slack when it is buckled, so in the event of an accident, it would not serve its purpose. when it is cold, seat belt does not move at all after pulling out.
