Dt*: the contact stated the vehicle's brakes malfunctioned while driving various speeds without prior warning. when the brakes were gently applied, the brake pedal went to the floor. the service dealer replaced the brake pads several times but the problem recurred, and the service dealer was unable to resolve the issue.
