2003 jeep liberty, left lower ball joint separated causing wheel to nearly separate from vehicle. vehicle repaired by chrysler. since repair there has been loud noise when steering wheel is turned. brought back to repair facility to be inspected. informed that the lower control arm bushings cracked causing failure. this seems to be related to another material defect as the control arm sleeves are pressed as were the ball joints. i contacted chrysler and they stated there is no recall at this time. the vehicle is three years old and for two major material failures at the same time seems to be a serious problem. is there any others who have complained of this problem?

Dt*: the contact stated the fabric for the center button was never cut to accommodate the button on the cosco seat model: 22-200-frm. the seat was also missing the bracket to support the seat belt, and the plastic support for the bracket underneath the seat.

Dt*: the contact stated while driving at night, the headlights and the dashboard electronics failed to illuminate intermittently. the vehicle was taken to the dealer who replaced the bcm module; however the problem was not corrected. upon further inspection the dealer could find no problem.

Several manufacturers are dimming the brake lights (ie red running lights) by flashing the led components many times a second. it is disconcerting to view the dashes of light that are perceived by the retina if the head is moved rapidly. i even understand the law requires constant illumination of bulbs. with more and more lights being modulated with on off cycles to reduce intensity, the eye is drawn to these flashes preventing adequate attention to other detail of traffic and obstructions at night.

For the past few months i have been noticing my car temperature hot when it is suppose to be cold and vice versa. i checked the anti-freeze and placed more in the car. in the past month i notice that the car started to overheat and i checked the antifreeze once again. i then learned that my manifold intake needed to be replaced and it is very common for it to have to be replaced because it is plastic. i paid over $700.00 to get it replaced and it is a common fact that it is replaced often due to the manufacturers choice to use plastic for the part.

It has come to the notice of several vw 2006 jetta tdi owners that the rearview mirror does not operate correctly when flipped for nighttime use. the mirror over adjust and has the potential to obscure the drivers ability to see out the back window. an informal discussion of others noticing this design flaw can be found at: http://forums.tdiclub.com/showthread.php?t=155017.

Auto park system on my 1996 rexhall motorhome has applied itself when the system is hot after a number of hours of driving. it has happened to me when backing, but i have read and heard of numerous occasions when it has happened to motorhomes when moving forward at highway speed.
