The headlights on my 1995 lincoln mark viii have begun to dim severely. i replaced the bulbs, thinking they may be the problem, but in doing so , i noticed that the reflective surface inside the headlight was very cloudy. this would be a manufacturing defect and the fault of the manufacturer.
