Dt*: the contact stated on friday night the vehicle was pulled into the driveway. on saturday morning the contact noticed the front passenger tire was flat. the side wall was split. upon further inspection it was noticed all four tires had a split on the side wall, but only one had gone flat. the tires have not been inspected to determine what caused the sidewall damage.

Truck shakes at about 45 mph and continues to shake through highway speeds. when looked at for inspection i have been told by both toyota dealer service centers and independent garages that the play in the rack and pinion is causing the shake and the play is to significant to pass inspection. as i write, my truck is at a toyota dealer having the 4th rack and pinion installed. the shake causes seals in the rack to wear and break. when these seals break it will quickly empty the power steering pump of fluid causing loss of power assist steering. i have been fortunate to have been aware of this problem and not to have caused an accident.

I have a 1993 honda accord lx 4 door , my son was involved in an accident 3/9/2006, 5 people was in the car. the seat belt in the rear behind the driver failed to stop his girl friend doing the collision and she in turn bumped her head on the driver side front seat causing her injury. the other four seat belts worked fine. has honda issue a recall on seat belt failure

I have been experiencing unusual drive line vibrations (24-26 mph). the dealerships service manager has acknowledged the presents of this issue although indicated that this is normal and hey cannot do anything for me, therefore refusing to do anything about it. i have driven several vehicles of exact year and type and i did not note the same condition. other than being an annoyance especially for a new vehicle, its my concern that this may indicate a pending drive line failure that would present a safety concern for my family.

I bought a new 2000 dodge intrepid for 22k, nice car but pc of crap engine. i was aware of the 2.7l piece of crap engine one before my engine died.. i check/change the oil regularly around 2800-3000 miles... dodge denies consumers do this though.. for the last year or so, every 1500 miles i was always down a quart of oil...? no leaks, can't see any smoke.. my engine sensor light came on. within the next few days my car was acting like i had no oil in it.. no power with engine. i was on the highway right next to a dodge dealer which was convenient. they had diagnosed that my crank and cam sensor were "no good".. and replaced them for $400.. a month later i was coming home from work and my oil light came on...? i pulled over into a parking lot to check the oil.. i was only down maybe a pint. the next morning i checked/added the oil and went to work. i never made it to work. about 1/4 mile from work the engine sounded like i was out of oil?? i brought to the repair shop near work. they said it was internal and would touch it after draining some oil and saw metal flakes... i spoke with my mechanic and he told me all about the lovely 2.7 engines.. i went on the internet and have read horror stories about this engine, as well as dodge dealers would do nothing for the consumer. i've been telling everyone i see with a dodge 2.7 to get rid of it fast. and never to buy a "dodge/chrsyler" product until they recall and replace this engine..

Had to replace transmission at 39,000 miles. then again at 131,000 miles. now it is back in the shop with transmission problems yet to be determined at 149,000 miles. judging from the complaints on the internet, this seems to be a defect that is costing the consumer a bundle of money. so far i have spent over $3000 to repair the transmission. i am now waiting to hear how much more i will have to spend. this needs to be investigated.

See confirmation number (odi number) 101112355. this complaint was lodged in 2004. to date your response has been as bad as daimler chrysler. you have not responded to me concerning this complaint nor has daimler chrysler. look at the number and get off your duff and respond. two years is long enough to sit on the fence.

There is a visibility issue with the front windshield and rear window. the glass has imperfections (wavy) in it causing objects to look distorted especially at the outer edges. it is annoying and could possibly be dangerous since some objects aren't clear or give a false perception of depth. this was noticed a few weeks after purchasing.

My truck had a defective manifold gasket, the same problem that so many '97 - '98 f-150 owners have had. (see website: http://forums.treemedia.com/fb/showthread.php?t=224) coolant leaked into my engine due to ford's faulty gasket and ruined the entire system, forcing me to spend $3400 on a new engine. the website mentioned above has had over 45,000 hits, which clearly shows that this is a major problem. please look into this problem. ford is fleecing its customers.
