2000 BMW 328IC User Comment / Complaint

Engine would not start after it was started cold, then shut off within 15 - 20 seconds. car owner called bmw service manager (tim polk, erhart bmw) and was advised to remove engine spark plugs, place them on a cookie sheet in a 325 degree oven until they are dried. car started immediately after dried plugs were re-installed.
