2001 GMC 2500 HD User Comment / Complaint

Wheel speed sensor failure, why is there a recall only for the northeast for wheel speed sensors in corrosive environments? i live in salt lake city utah, all of the roads in utah are kept thawed with salt all winter long. yet the recall is only for the "salt belt states".
