Dt*: the contact stated while attempting to exit the vehicle, the interior door handles broke off both the driver and passenger side without warning. the dealership and manufacturer were notified however, no repairs have been made. updated 03/03/06.  view

[plus the general public] if a serious accident would have occurred. the price of your actions [should have] anything more serious happened (you can't put a price on life) other than me losing the front tire and grinding to a stop on rim is not worth it. learn this know it.  view

Failing clutch master cylinder. this is not a part that has a recommended replacement term. this part has failed prior to the tune up mileage. it failed less than 2k miles out of warranty.  view

Have 2005 grand caravan. it has 24,000 miles. the air bag light came on. i am taking it to the dealer tomorrow. also, the driver interior map light doesn't work, eventhough the bulb is ok. (am having that checked tomorrow, too.) when the light first went out, the automatic side doors stopped working. they didn't work for about 2 weeks and when i decided i had time to go to the dealer to get it checked, the doors started working again and have seemed fine since. the light , however, still doesn't work. the rear passenger map lights also come on randomly (usually overnight). there is a clunking noise in the driver side front end. we had some parts repaired on it in dec. (though the dealer did say they weren't sure what the problem was), but the noise is still there. (am having that checked tomorrow as well.)  view

2005 avalon makes a whistling noise that comes from the window, and there is a knocking sound when turning. gears felt as though they were slipping. ***** the injectors made a loud tapping noise. the front end made a knocking noise when making a slow left turn. the dealer installed window seals to alleviate the wind noise. the consumer heard a rattling noise on the dash as if the dash board was coming apart.  view

2002 explorer rear coil springs broke at 76,000 miles. the front brake pads were replaced.  view

Dt*: the contact stated while filling the radiator with anti-freeze a puddle was noticed under the vehicle. upon inspection the independent repair shop determined the radiator needed to be replaced due to the age of the part. while locating a replacement part it was discovered that the original radiator was the incorrect type for the vehicle. the radiator was replaced with a 1993 model radiator by the mechanic.  view

Traveling south on hwy 78 in sachse, tx my engine stalled at cruising speed if 45 mph. i lost all power steering and braking control on my 2000 f250 diesel. i partially got my truck into a turn lane, and after 5 minutes of repeated cranking the truck started again only to stall out 15 seconds later. the date below is approximate, but can be verified as the part was changed under warranty, and explained as normal by my dealership.  view
