Dt: 2002 lincoln lse. had three instances where the consumer tried to brake and the vehicle surged forward and did not stop. this has been over the last nine months. took vehicle to the dealership, and they didn't know what the problem was. they did not have a code. the dealership said they contacted ford motor company, and they said they had no other instances with this model car. the consumer bought vehicle new in august 2002. had no problems with the brakes before nine months ago. there has been no accidents.
